Job Description

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing blending, storage, and dispatch operations at our Toowoomba site. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant site performance, while leading and developing a small team to meet production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

• Implement and enforce safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS/OHS requirements
• Identify and report hazards, incidents, and risks
• Support audits and ensure adherence to site and industry standards
