The Role / Duties

The Warehouse Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the day‑to‑day workflow, efficiency, and safety of large‑scale food distribution and production facilities, often across a six‑day working week.

Core Responsibilities

• Facility Management: Oversee daily business operations at depots or factory sites to ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
• Performance & Strategy: Develop and monitor performance metrics (KPIs), implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
