POSITION SUMMARY
Marathon Petroleum Company LP has an opportunity for a Warehouse Manager position at its refinery in El Paso, TX. The Warehouse Manager reports to the Refinery Supply Chain Director and is responsible for developing warehousing strategies and coordinating warehouse activities in support of Marathon’s El Paso refinery. This position will supervise up to 3 direct reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Supervises Warehouse Supervisors and/or Warehouse Technicians in performance of their duties ensuring the expected standards of job performance, discipline and safety are met.
