**Weekend Shift Lead - Outbound/Shipping Department**
**Friday - Sunday: 4:00am - 4:00pm**
**Pay Rate: $21.00/hour + $1/hour shift differential**
The Lead Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods, coordinating with team members, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Lead daily operations in a specific department to delivery and exceed key metrics, conduct tier 1 meetings, participate in safety committee, ensure appropriate workflow and labor distribution, address and resolve obstacles.
+ Assist management with safety and building security issues, allocate resources to perform comprehensive pre-shift walkthrough of the department to identify and address any safety risks, contribute to root cause accident analyses and resolution activities.
