Omega Canada Environmental Technologies is seeking a hands‑on, organized, and proactive Warehouse Lead to oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations and serve as a key point of coordination between the warehouse, customer service, purchasing, and other internal departments. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory is accurate, orders are shipped on time, returns are processed properly, incoming goods are received efficiently, and warehouse processes support smooth operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put‑away, storage, shipping, and returns.
• Act as the primary warehouse contact for customer service to align outbound shipments, urgent order priorities, customer returns, and product availability.
• Partner with purchasing to coordinate inbound orders, verify receipts, resolve discrepancies, and support timely processing of supplier shipments and related paperwork.
