The Warehouse Lead is responsible for leading, directing and mentoring a shipping crew(s) in the efficient and safe production/package and storage of customer product. The Warehouse Lead ensures the highest integrity of the customer’s product, preventing any contamination by ensuring adherence to established standardized processes and customer requirements. 

The Warehouse Lead understands current customer needs and requirements, and drives his/her crew to exceed customer expectations, while meeting or exceeding established productivity goals. The Warehouse Lead is expected to work with management to understand all customer packaging and storage requirements to ensure the proper warehousing of product.
