JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for the accurate physical handling of inventory inside the warehouse, ensuring all stock movements are executed according to SOPs, GMP standards, ERP system instructions, and basic reporting requirements.

This role requires basic Excel usage and reporting discipline to support inventory visibility. Warehouse Inventory Staff do not make inventory decisions, approve adjustments, or correct system data. Any issues must be reported immediately to the Inventory Team Leader.
