Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create sales orders for processing.
- Verify certificates of analysis/compliance and apply the appropriate inspection status.
- Prepare, generate, and distribute order confirmations and daily reports.
- Collect sales data and research potential distributors and competitors.
- Respond to customer order inquiries and follow up with additional questions when needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify future needs.
- Address and resolve customer complaints by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
- Maintain a database of customer contact information.
- Organize and manage a filing and retrieval system for easy access to documents.
- At least 1 year working experience as customer service role in 3PL logistics industry.
- Experience in SAP.
