Warehouse & Logistics Manager

The Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving warehouse and logistics systems to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable operations. This role drives operational excellence through structured process design, technology enablement, optimized facility layout and workflow, inventory control frameworks, and logistics oversight.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and continuously improve warehouse workflows, SOPs, and operating standards

Develop standardized documentation, training materials, and process guides to ensure processes are clearly defined, reinforced, and consistently followed

Ensure warehouse systems and workflows scale effectively with growth in volume, SKUs, and operational complexity
