Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure stock levels meet demands
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the warehouse
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions
• Actively participate in optimizing warehouse processes and workflows to improve efficiency
• Assist in the training of warehouse staff on the proper handling of materials and warehouse procedures
• Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by management
