Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of products in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and company SOPs
Perform regular stock and cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
Monitor product shelf life and enforce First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) and First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management principles
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance, and Sales) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
Manage product returns, quarantine, and disposal processes in accordance with healthcare regulatory requirements
