• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Build and refine campaign strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs
• Diagnose underperforming accounts and implement improvements quickly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between traffic, conversion, and overall marketing strategy
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous optimization
• Contribute to improving internal systems, processes, and automation related to paid media
