GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsible for the facilitation, coordination, review and execution of the operational activities of W&AM Middle Office processes supporting the Investment Management and Trust (IM&T) and / or Fifth Third Institutional Services (FTIS) businesses. An experienced professional with substantial breadth of knowledge and experience, the W&AM Middle Office Team Lead leverages expertise in IM&T and / or FTIS middle office processes while delivering operational excellence. Performs and oversees critical control functions, ensuring work adheres to established guidelines, identifies and resolves problems, ultimately delivering awesome client experiences while minimizing risk.
