The Waiters at Royal Malewane Lodges assist in the F&B operations to ensure that we consistently exceed our guests' expectations when it comes to fine dining. They ensure that the standards of The Royal Portfolio are met, in order to contribute to the purpose of the company, “To give our guests a complete experience and a perfect stay.”

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service of food and beverages in dining areas, the bars, pool and all outdoor service areas
• Greeting guests warmly and offering welcome drinks on arrival
• Ensure all Waiter duties are carried out according to daily checklists
• Ensure dining areas are clean and tidy during shifts and before leaving your shift
• Understand and communicate the daily menu, have up to date knowledge of the menu and wine lists
