The Wait Assist plays a critical support role within the service team, ensuring a seamless guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and attentiveness throughout service. This position requires a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork. Wait Assists may also step into food running duties when needed and must be prepared to deliver accurate, confident tableside presentations. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of service and upholding the hospitality standards of the restaurant.
