Properly and quietly assemble resident trays. Provide delivery of meal carts or trays to units. Assist with preparing, delivery and cleanup of between meal nourishment. Responsible for pickup of food carts and delivery to dish room. Must be able to read at a 10th grade level. Must be able to take and follow instructions given by supervisor. Assist in the receiving and storage of food supplies. Operate dish machine to clean resident trays. Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
