Overview Bowhead seeks a VTC Administrator to support our customer on the PICRD II contract in Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities • Provide VTC/AV hardware support, setup, and troubleshooting for various systems (NIPRNET, SIPRNET, COE JWICS, GWAN, GOLD). • Plan, coordinate, facilitate VTCs for Unclassified, Classified, and JWICS networks. • Determine equipment and setup requirements, perform technical review of requests, and ensure compliance with operational guidance. • Schedule VTCs, establish accounts with DISA and JWICS, and coordinate with customers and facilitators.
