They seek a Director and/or Senior Associate/VP to own complex transactions and healthcare investments end-to-end, while supporting platform-level capital raising. The role blends deal leadership with hands-on in‑country execution in a lean, founder‑style team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of 2+ complex healthcare transactions per year across emerging markets.
• Negotiate terms, structure deals, and oversee legal frameworks and shareholder agreements across jurisdictions.
• Build and manage detailed financial models; drive transaction documentation and due diligence.
• Coordinate diverse stakeholders, including local partners, authorities, brands and advisors.
