**Description**

The VP of Skincare Category Leadership, Consumer Intelligence is a strategic and complex position accountable across various ELC leadership, business functions and regions to enable a multi-billion-dollar brand-led portfolio optimized skincare category strategy. We are looking for someone with 15+ years related experience, including deep understanding of category portfolio management, consumer insights, foresights and strategy.

Extensive knowledge of traditional and state-of-the-art market research techniques/procedures, analytics on social and search platforms and translation of insights to strategic choices.
