Job Description

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead Payment projects from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

  • Own and be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meeting requirements and within allocated budget.

  • Manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, post implementation support in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology

  • Drive adherence to delivery methodologies, governance, and control processes.

  • Manage a team of Developers, System Analysts, Quality Assurance Testers and offshore partners.

  • Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
