Overview Of Division/Department The VP, Rewards Consultant is a senior leader and subject matter expert in Compensation Systems and Projects, responsible for the end-to-end project management, governance, and strategic oversight of the annual compensation review system (HRSoft). This is pivotal role acts as the central hub connecting rewards strategy, country and branch-specific policies, and HR technology to ensure a seamless, accurate and efficient year-end compensation cycle across the APAC region. This individual will lead through influence, acting as a senior project leader and internal consultant to country and branch HR teams, guiding them through the complexities of the compensation process.
