• Developing and executing new innovative products
• Overseeing the entire development process of new products and programs within an organization, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production
• Lead sensory testing and on-site consumer insights, when applicable
• Gather scientific evidence through a variety of established and recognized resources, to support the beneficial effects of ingredients and manufacturing practices as it relates to our categories
• Identify and advances quality and process improvement opportunities
• Provide feedback on potential food safety or quality concerns
• Accurately maintain R&D project records, proactively providing status reports, as required
