Responsibilities :

+ Execute all programs within contractual requirements to ensure that the project cost, schedule, and technical performance goals are met or exceeded

+ Utilizing Earned Value Management, review and report program financial and schedule status frequently

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive repeat business

+ Manage program budget forecasting, resource planning, and financial performance tracking

+ Identify opportunities to improve profit margins for individual programs and/or processes throughout the organization
