Insight Global is seeking a Vice President of Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging in the Reston, VA area for a direct hire opportunity. This position will sit fully remote with occasional travel. This resource will be reporting to the SVP and serve as the strategic advisor for both SVP and COO to be the bridge-builder, culture promoter, and trusted facilitator guiding the organization through complex conversations, perspectives and lead moments of change with empathy and credibility! This will be an integral part of the people team to ensure the clients commitments to equity, justice, inclusion and belonging are aligned.
