This position involves the strategic development, implementation, and management of comprehensive global and group holistic learning programmes that align with Mashreq’s goals and objectives. To Partner strategically with Groups and work closely with various senior stakeholders to identify learning needs, design innovative training solutions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training, learning and development initiatives.
