Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execution and bookrunningof syndicated deals.
- Preparation of underwriting memo and liquidity analsis.
- Take underwriting risk with a view to distribute to the desired hold.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely launch and closing of syndication.
- Coordinate secondary selldown of loan positions.
- Understanding of loan documentations.
- Maintain database of loan deals.
- Update to internal stakeholders for investors call, meeting, current market trend and risk appetites.
- Attend to risk and compliance matters.
- Bachelor's degree in business/ finance or related fields.
- 7-10years of relevant experience in loan syndication or related fields.
- Strong network with loan investors and syndication desks in APAC.
- Proficient in financial analysis.
