VP/D Software Platforms leads the strategy, development, and adoption of software platforms, initially focusing Customer identity and Access(CIAM) and Customer Profile. . This role spans selection, design, and development all the way to developer integration support and operational support. As OneMain develops its products in an incremental and iterative development model, the software platforms are expected to also deliver incrementally, frequently, with test and pipeline automation.
