VP – Business Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of VP – Business Manager.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global R&C CAO team to oversee all aspects of financial management and performance for assigned LoBs and Global Sub‑functions. Develop, track and analyse the Functional Resource Plan (FRP) and workforce plan. Challenge direct and indirect cost performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Analyse forecast direct costs and FTEs, including headwind review and approval of out‑of‑plan needs. Manage robust financial plans with global teams (PADs) to enable effective delivery of R&C services.
• Review, approve and track consultancy and third‑party spend. Coordinate the creation and achievement of operating plans, recommending and implementing cost‑saving actions. Govern resourcing processes and headcount approval to support strategic hiring.
