Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Volunteer & Awards Program Specialist to support and enhance our volunteer and recognition programs. This role is responsible for coordinating the volunteer lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding; while ensuring accurate committee data and delivering high-quality recognition experiences, including our Leadership Luncheon.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the annual call for volunteers, including timelines, communications, and application tracking
• Maintain accurate committee and volunteer rosters within the CRM/AMS
• Support volunteer onboarding, ensuring clear communication and a positive start to the experience
• Administer awards programs, including nominations, communications, and timelines
• Plan and execute the Leadership Luncheon, managing logistics and stakeholder coordination
