Summary This position is located in the Center for Development and Civic Engagement (CDCE)/Voluntary Service at the VA Medical Center in Saint Cloud, MN. The Voluntary Services Officer oversees the service and it's interrelated lines of business by understanding and implementing the relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, accrediting organizations, and organizations within the agency to facilitate a systems-oriented approach to the Center's success. Responsibilities Major duties include, but are not limited to: Providing technical and administrative supervision to subordinates which may include an Assistant Chief, Specialist, Program Support Assistant, Secretary, or other administrative staff.
