VOIP/ Telephony – Senior Technical Manager

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development with a focus on C++ and VOIP technologies.
• At least 7 years of experience in a technical management role, leading development teams (30+ members) in an Agile environment.

Work Location:- Pune/ Bangalore

• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for multiple projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software solutions, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
• Experience in managing large distributed and vendor teams
• Bring deep knowledge of VOIP technologies (such as SIP, RTP, WebRTC, and IP Telephony) and ensure that best practices are followed in designing and implementing VOIP-related features.
