Vodacom Early Careers Programme 2027

Vodacom invites South African graduates who have completed at least an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification by the end of 2026 to apply for its Early Careers Programme 2027. The programme offers two exciting opportunities aimed at developing future leaders within Vodacom.

Discover Graduate Programme

The Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme is a permanent employment opportunity supported by a 2-year skills training programme. It begins on 1 February 2027.

What the Discover Graduate Programme Offers

Successful applicants will receive mentorship, coaching and on-the-job training while earning a full salary and enjoying the benefits of a full-time employee. At the end of the 2‑year programme, graduates will transition into a destination role within Vodacom and may have the chance to apply for stretch assignments locally and internationally to build their expertise and leadership capability.
