About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Vocational Trainer in Performing Arts within the Createch Faculty based at Banbury College.

This post provides an excellent opportunity for a practitioner/tutor or developing teacher with passion and drive who is committed to enabling our students to unlock their potential and switch on to the power of learning. The post will be to support the teaching and skill development of students on our Performing Arts courses across a range of Level 2 and Level 3 Performing and Production Arts course.

The Vocational Trainer role is highly varied, with each day bringing a different mix of responsibilities. This includes technician duties, preparing and maintaining theatre and studio spaces, managing equipment loans (check-in/out), tracking and ordering resources, and ensuring safe working practices at all times.
