​​WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As the Visual Merchandiser (VM) & Commercial Lead, you are the technical specialist ensuring that all commercial actions are optimized within the overall Brand direction and Sales market VM priorities, always securing an elevated, competitive and convenient customer experience within physical stores 

You will: 

• Act as operational interface to all other commercial functions in Sales Market, aligning VM execution based on Commercial Plan and activities through regular operational syncs while keeping the Head of Visual regularly informed.  

• Bring and communicate the VM technical perspective in weekly commercial planning meeting:  

• contributing to commercial decision-making and ensuring VM priorities are aligned and integrated into overall market plans and within the VM global direction.
