• Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotional displays.
• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
• Understand the store's situation and customer demands.
• Keep focusing on the stock situation, ensure the stock turnover rate is within a reasonable range.
• Analyze and act accordingly to competitor’s movements and dynamics and make reasonable judgments upon their own brand.
• Work as a team to maintain brand image.
• Oversee the basic production and brief staff on arranging displays.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of Arts and Designs, Multimedia, Mass Communications, or any four-year Business course.
