As a Visual Merchandiser for Lancôme—a leading brand and benchmark in the luxury beauty market—you will be a strategic figure within the Retail Design & VM team. Your mission will be to bring the brand to life at the point of sale, creating premium experiences that captivate our consumers and reflect the excellence of Lancôme.

You will work hand-in-hand with the Retail Design Manager and in close collaboration with the Marketing, Activation, and Retail teams to ensure the brand vision translates into impeccable and efficient execution.
