Primary Accountabilities

•  To maintain (and adapt) the Global Brand identity of adidas at the retail level in Vietnam
• Coordinate and manage suppliers for the implementation of various facets of visual merchandising (fixtures / fittings, point of sale material, signage etc.)
• Campaign set up, quality checking of graphics, POS material, signage etc.
• New retail point development and old store renovations / adaptation to ASPA.
• To work out Monthly VM plans (in coordination with product management / communication) and monitor implementation, compliance, tracking and reporting

Secondary Accountabilities

•  Implementation of all adidas Brand Concepts at retail level and evaluating their impact from a brand and sales POV.
• Quality of presence at Franchisee/SIS stores / key accounts and ‘A’ class TC’s
