**Job Description**

The Quality Technician supports plant operations by performing material inspections, managing quality documentation, and maintaining gage calibration records. This role combines hands-on inspection work with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and use of specialized software to ensure product quality and traceability.

**Responsibilities**

+ Inspect materials within the plant to verify that they meet established quality standards and specifications.
+ Perform visual inspections and use gages and other measurement tools to assess product quality.
+ Scan Material Test Reports (MTRs) and certification documents, convert them to PDF, and save them in the appropriate digital folders for accurate recordkeeping.
+ Complete Word and Excel forms to document certification numbers, MTR numbers, part numbers, and related quality data.
