Job Description
- Provide clinical governance and technical oversight for cordblood and tissue banking operations.
- Serve as the designated medical specialist supportingcompliance under applicable healthcare licensing requirements (e.g.,HSCA).
- Oversee the Quality Management Program and ensure risksimpacting safety and quality are identified and addressed proactively.
- Review and approve donor eligibility assessments, processingrecords, testing documentation, and final inspection records.
- Ensure SOPs and operational processes remain compliant with MOHregulations and accreditation standards (AABB/FACT).
- Provide medical consultation and guidance to internal teamsand, where necessary, clients.
- Review release data and transplant outcomes; liaise withtransplant physicians when required.
