Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Supervisor to oversee daily visa processing operations and ensure compliance with embassy requirements. The ideal candidate will lead a team, maintain high accuracy standards, and provide excellent support to clients and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the visa processing team
• Review visa applications for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration regulations
• Handle escalations and resolve complex visa issues
• Train and mentor team members
• Monitor team performance and implement improvements
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and partners
