What You'll Do
Respond quickly to inbound leads and estimate requests
Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients through calls, texts, and follow-up
Handle outbound follow-up and re-engage dormant opportunities
Schedule appointments, consultations, and reminders
Prepare estimate support packets, proposals, and sales documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
Ensure no lead or revenue opportunity falls through the cracks
