COSTI is seeking a Virtual Facilitator for the Mindset Makeover program. Deliver engaging workshops focused on growth mindset and confidence building while supporting clients in their employment journey.
As a Facilitator, you'll lead a structured, three-week program from July 2026 to March 2027, offering group and one-on-one sessions. You will assess client eligibility, develop personalized action plans, and actively foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment. In addition, you'll manage mentorship outreach and community engagement to enhance program outreach.
