Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a VC Director to provide senior-level leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the virtual construction function. The ideal candidate will manage and mentor a small team of 3–4 leaders, holding them accountable for performance while maintaining the ability to step in and cover across roles when needed. This role is forward-looking and focused on the health, scalability, and effectiveness of the organization—not just day-to-day production—while ensuring quality, speed, and consistency across all virtual construction deliverables.

On a day-to-day basis, the ideal candidate will oversee department-wide processes including issue tracking, manpower planning, estimate validation, and production packages, with a strong pulse on current staffing versus future workforce needs.
