The Global Sourcing Group is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized VA Bookkeeper to manage financial records, ensure bookkeeping accuracy, and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have experience working with U.S.-based firms and be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate financial records
Handle bookkeeping tasks and financial documentation
Coordinate and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting processes
Support day-to-day accounting and administrative functions
