Job Objective: The Senior Back End Engineer will play a critical role in building the core of our product . This position owns the backend architecture, core systems, and platform evolution, ensuring everything is scalable, modular, and enterprise-ready. Working closely with the CEO and CTO , this role turns ideas into production-ready solutions, helps define the company’s technical DNA, and ships high-impact features at speed. The engineer will design and develop the AI orchestration engine that converts natural-language inputs into executable workflows, as well as build and maintain robust integrations with key enterprise tools.
