Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and maintenance of QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949), including internal audits, management reviews, and external certification audits.
- Oversee resolution of major quality issues using structured methodologies (8D, 5-Why) to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier quality performance, including audits and evaluations of local and regional suppliers.
- Collaborate with R&D and Engineering during New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure product reliability and manufacturability.
- Lead and develop the Quality team (QE, QC, Testing), driving performance through KPIs aligned with global standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality-related field.
- 6+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, with leadership experience.
