Responsibilities

• Produce one‑hour podcast video edit for YouTube & Spotify.
• Create an engaging 1‑minute podcast trailer.
• Produce short‑form social clips.
• Suggest titles and thumbnails for YouTube videos.

Qualifications & Skills

• Deep interest in podcast and social content.
• Strong grasp of hooks, cliffhangers, and storytelling techniques.
• Proficient in colour grading, subtitling, sound editing, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience creating engaging trailers & social clips (e.g., edits for The Diary of a CEO).
• Comfortable using After Effects.
• Fast internet and a powerful laptop or workstation capable of 4k video editing.
