The core of this role is editing long‑form You Tube videos. That is the job. You will be editing talking head content with B‑roll integration, text overlays, motion graphics, screen recordings, multi‑camera setups, and reaction‑style edits across multiple client channels. Every client has a different voice, a different energy, and a different audience, and your job is to match all of it while keeping the pacing tight enough to hold viewers for 10 to 25 minutes.
