As the Vice President Residences, you will lead the strategic and operational oversight of Kempinski’s global residential portfolio, ensuring that every branded residence delivers the same artisan of hospitality experience as our iconic hotels. You will bridge the gap between luxury hospitality and high‑end real estate management, driving owner value and long‑term sustainability.

• Strategic Portfolio Management: Oversee global residential performance, translating brand strategy into local operational execution across all mixed‑use developments.
• Brand Standards & Compliance: Own the development and compliance of residential‑specific SOPs and service protocols to ensure Kempinski quality is maintained in private homes.
• Owner & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with property owners and Homeowners Associations (HOAs), ensuring transparent communication regarding budget allocations and maintenance costs.
