Job Description
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced sales leaders who can help train their latest language model on sales management and revenue strategy tasks. We're looking for Directors and VPs with significant experience leading B2B sales teams at top companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core sales management workflows: pipeline management, deal strategy, account planning, sales forecasting, team coaching frameworks, and revenue reporting.
Qualifications
- Director or VP of Sales with significant experience leading B2B sales teams at a top company
- Track record in enterprise deal execution, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: $100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2k/week)
